This policy covers returns of sports footwear, sports accessories and kits purchased from Vivazz Sports. It applies to orders delivered in the United States.
14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery, including if you change your mind or need a different size. Contact us within this period even if you are waiting for our return instructions.
Condition of returned items
For a change-of-mind or size return, keep the item unused and in its original condition, with its labels, accessories and packaging. Try footwear on a clean indoor surface. Return a complete kit with all included items unless we agree otherwise.
These condition requirements do not limit your rights when an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
How to request a return
- Email info@vivazzsports.com with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it.
- Orders are dispatched from China, and returns must be sent to our return facility in China. Returns from the United States therefore require international shipping. We will provide the exact return address and shipping instructions by email before you send the item.
- Pack the item securely and follow those instructions. Keep your proof of shipment.
The registered business address in Gallup, New Mexico shown on our website is a business address only and is not a return location. Do not send returns to this business address. Please wait for our return instructions before mailing a parcel.
Return shipping costs
You pay the international return shipping cost to China for a change of mind or a size change. The carrier sets this cost, which varies by parcel weight, size and service and may be higher than domestic U.S. postage. For an item that arrived damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and any necessary return shipping at our expense. There is no restocking fee.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect returned items within 3–7 calendar days after receipt. We will email you the outcome. If the return is approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method after the inspection, within that inspection period.
A change-of-mind or size return may be rejected if inspection confirms that the item was used or does not meet the return conditions above. We will explain the reason by email. This does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
After we issue an approved refund, your bank or card provider may take up to 14 calendar days to credit your account or card. Contact us if the credit has not appeared after that period.
For an accepted change-of-mind or size return, we refund the returned item price you paid and any applicable refundable tax. The original US$9.90 shipping charge, if paid, is not refunded. Customer-paid return postage is also not reimbursed. If original shipping was free, no original shipping fee is deducted from your refund. These shipping exclusions do not apply where reimbursement is required for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods or by applicable law.
Size exchanges
Contact us within the 14-day window if you need another size. We will explain the available options based on stock. An alternative size is not reserved until confirmed. Use the product-specific size guide before placing a new order.
Cancellations and order problems
If you need to cancel, email info@vivazzsports.com as soon as possible. We will try to stop an order that has not shipped. After dispatch, follow the return process. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled, we refund the payment.
Report incorrect, damaged or faulty goods promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
