This policy applies to sports footwear and accessories ordered from Vivazz Sports at vivazzsports.com for delivery in the United States.

Where we ship from and to

Orders ship from our warehouse in Asia to the United States. USPS handles the final delivery in the United States. We currently offer checkout delivery to the United States only.

Free shipping

Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. The delivery option appears at checkout as USPS - Express shipping. The name identifies our shipping option; the delivery estimate below applies to the full international journey.

Processing and delivery times

Order processing: 1–3 calendar days after payment is confirmed.
Transit after dispatch: 7–18 calendar days.
Total estimated delivery: 8–21 calendar days.

Calendar days include weekends. These are estimates, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions and local conditions can affect delivery. If an order cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where required.

Customs, import charges and tax

Vivazz covers customs duties and import charges for these shipments. You do not pay import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact us before paying so that we can resolve it. Any applicable sales tax is shown separately at checkout before you submit payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking details are provided in your shipping confirmation. A carrier may take time to record the first scan. Use your order-status link or visit Track your order.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your address and apartment or unit number before paying. Email info@vivazzsports.com promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If the estimated delivery period has passed, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. Do not send payment credentials by email.
