These terms govern use of vivazzsports.com and purchases of sports footwear and accessories from Vivazz Sports. Shopify provides the commerce platform.

Using this store

You must be legally able to place an order or have appropriate authorization. Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not misuse payment details, interfere with site security or submit unlawful material. Children’s footwear must be purchased by an adult or guardian.

Products, sizing and availability

Review the selected model, color, size and included contents before purchase. Stock may vary by variant. Use the size guide for the specific product. US M and US W represent men’s and women’s equivalents for the same unisex size; children’s sizes have a separate guide. Size conversions are approximate, so check the listed foot measurements. Imported footwear may carry an EU size label.

Screen settings may affect color appearance. This does not remove your rights if an item is materially misdescribed. Sports footwear does not guarantee an athletic result or prevention of injury.

Prices, payments and orders

Prices are in United States dollars (USD). Review your items, discounts, shipping and applicable taxes in checkout before payment. Available payment methods are displayed there. Your payment provider may charge conversion or other fees under its own terms.

If a material error or stock issue affects an order, we will contact you about the resolution. We will not impose an extra charge or substitute an item without your agreement. A cancelled paid order will be refunded as applicable.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Orders are dispatched from Asia to the United States. Processing is 1–3 calendar days and estimated transit is 7–18 calendar days, for a total estimate of 8–21 calendar days. Read the Shipping Policy for full details.

Request returns within 14 calendar days after delivery. Eligibility, costs, refunds and cancellation instructions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. See our Payment Policy for billing information.

Content and third-party services

Only submit content you have a right to share. Reviews must reflect real experiences. External service providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. A link or integration does not remove our obligations for your order.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and available choices. Do not email passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Legal protections and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer protections remain effective. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Later changes do not automatically change a completed order. Contact us to resolve an issue without limiting other lawful remedies.
